"Congrats, worse fast food ever! Ordered 3 burgers and fries. Food was cold, burger like cardboard and fries were stale. Certainly not worth $8+. Staff were arguing with each other, seemed chaotic and unorganized causing long wait time. If this location can't do better than this should close doors. My bad for ordering fast food."

"Don't eat here, they'll upcharge your convos and make excuses about it. They're straight up stealing and betting nobody complains because it's only a few dollars. Ordered a combo, price seemed higher than it should have been. Told cashier I didn't want large, I only wanted medium. She told me the prices on the board weren't accurate and that's why it was higher than expected. She gave me a large cup and I told her again I only wanted medium. She told me they were out of mediums. Shook my head and left once I had food. Later got a chance to check receipt and realized they charged me for the large upgrade I didn't want and they only gave me medium fries after the upcharge. 3 of the 4 Krystal burgers had smashed or stale/crunchy buns"

"I hope Google can change the name of the restaurant post review, because this is no longer a k r y s t a l. This is the location of Sam's Seafood. Fortunately, they have a very tasty cheeseburger, and fries, so I was still able to satisfy my cheeseburger craving. Cheeseburger and fries was around 10 bucks, and the drink is free. I'll be back in a few days to try their seafood."

"Have not had krystals in a long time decided I wanted to try it but l was very disappointed the chili on the chili cheese fries tasted burnt the buns on the Krystal's Burger was not fresh they actually looked horrible and was very hard on the edges like the burger was microwaved I now see why the business has fallen at this particular Krystal on Fairfield"

"I ended up trying this as it was one of the later open chains. The service was medium, the microphone I’m not sure if there was an issue with the headset or what, but it was hard to hear. We eventually had to pull up the window. It was a bit disorganized, but they got my order. After a few minutes I had my food and I was on the way. They really outshined my memories of these small burgers. I got the chili cheese combo sliders. They had a fantastic taste! The fries were absolutely amazing fresh and crunchy on the outside, while being pillow soft on the insides!"
