"Had a less-than-pleasant experience with Tanya, the Assistant Manager. Upon entering, I mentioned my order, and she informed me that they didn't have it. Just as I was about to leave, another employee found it and handed it to me. Tanya walked away without acknowledging the oversight. Additionally, the lobby had a tied-up trash bag sitting out, and there was dirt and trash scattered around."

"I have been to this location for years and the day shift is wonderful but the the woman at the window is always extremely rude at night. She won't even speak to you or acknowledge that you're there other than taking your money and shoving your change back at you along with your bag of food also being shoved at you. I have had the drive through window slammed in my face while I was trying to ask for sauces I sat there and she just walked away and ignored me. Tonight when I went she refused to even speak to me I will not be spending my money here anymore and I will be contacting the manager and possibly corporate because the way she is treating people is absolutely ridiculous and she should not be working customer service if that's how she's going to be. Burger King should be ashamed of themselves for even allowing this woman to work the window."
