"Not sure about all of the negative reviews, but I stopped by tonight a little before 9pm and was met with two very kind African American ladies who made my order and rang me up. Their service was excellent, they were so courteous, and they had the place CLEAN. Keep letting your light shine ladies!"

"My friend who ordered before me ordered both white and brown rice because he enjoys the combination of the flavors. As they took the white rice to refill it (there was enough rice for my order) I asked for white rice and brown rice as well and was willing to wait for it to be refilled. But when the manager Erika heard me order she stated that there was no more white rice. My friend then asked about the rice that was still in the container and Erika yelled back again that there was no white rice left. We then continued our orders and as we got to the counter to pay, Erika stated that although I had double meat on my bowl my friends bowl was bigger than mine in a condescending way. The staff themselves were great and tended to what we wanted on our orders. But the manager Erika did not need to have the negative attitude nor negative remarks. Yelling at customers for asking a question about their food is completely unreasonable and I hope that the manager can change her attitude at the work place so I can order my food without worrying about what I order."

"When we were being served the food the lady serving us was raising her voice in a disrespectful manner, good food, terrible manners. Bad attitude towards me, i do not recommend this place at all"

"Sofritas Burrito was well constructed. They appeared to have sufficient items in their trays. Condiments and napkins were well stocked. Staff was friendly although they looked like they hadn't had a break all day. Burrito was tasty. Only real downside (which is a big one unfortunately) was that the counter tops and floors were filthy, covered in food debris and dust. One of the servers sneezed into their hand and went right back to rolling a burrito (not mine thank god but I imagine the guy behind me will be coming down with something later). For the vegans: They have plenty of the sofritas and veggies so no problem here."

"They gave a lot of food! Didn’t give 5 stars because some of the cleanliness/presentation of the line food items. Staff were polite but a little slow to make the food. Seems like they’re still figuring things out but has lots of potential."
