"Brewton’s subway has gone to absolute trash to be honest the service is just absurdly horrible, there was a time that when one of the employees pushed my food off the counter and onto the floor after it was all bagged up. The employees are slow and don’t care about how long it takes to make a customer’s order I had to tell them repeatedly to do something such as they didn’t put enough condiments on and you put too much of a condiment on in one spot instead of spreading them out. I watch them burn a customer’s sandwich because they wasn’t paying attention to the oven and he ti redo it. I even had to tell one of the employees to put their gloves on before they touched my food then she got an attitude with me saying I’ll do what I want how I want"

"Seven ocasions now I've tried to put in a phone order and seven occasions with atleast five calls per attempt no answer. Don't you just love trying to call in your paraplegic fathers lunch who is feeling terrible after leaving the doctor and probably doesn't wanna sit in a hot parking lot waiting on food that could already be made. I'm gonna call corporate and suggest that every manager in this store should be fired and replaced. They do not do their job in any compacity its a disgrace and frankly the whole town is over it this place is a pure stink bomb."

"I get pickup orders from there all the time and usually don’t have a problem. Just got home and my food is soaked in mayonnaise. I absolutely despise mayonnaise. Unfortunately I can’t waste time and gas to go back to I’ve basically got nothing to eat tonight in my current situation. I am not the person who makes a scene over stuff like this but mayonnaise has never been on my orders and never will be. I despise it yet it’s all over what would have been my food."
