"30 min after they said my pickup would be ready I'm finally leaving. This place blows. There goes any form of tip or anything for my delivery. Update: tried again tonight. They were out of jalapeno bites and replaced it with mozzarella sticks. Got home to find out the forgot both the mozz sticks and gyro that was on my order. Will NEVER come here again."

"Employees to busy talking to get my fries started. Sandwich waiting under heat lamp ( hamburger was nearly warm. Had go and ask about my fries. This Arby's is usually well organized not toady."

"We had a busy Saturday so grabbed a dozen sandwiches from drive thru. Everything correct, nicely wrapped, and delicious. (Also correct amount of sauces & napkins)"

"8-23-2022 check out the Philly steak and cheese meal! 6-1-2022 @ 530pm: I had to try the Wagyu deluxe burger! I had a large order; the Wagyu deluxe large meal; a 5-piece chicken nugget meal; a Mac & cheese; and two cherry turnovers. Drive through was fast and had my order co pelted in just a few minutes. I gotta say the young lady (receipt said Prinessivey) was excellent in double checking the order before handing it out the window to me. She should training others or in management. Food: the new Wagyu burger ($10) is okay… does it knock off Wendy’s double, a whopper, or quarter pounder? I’m saying no because it’s not unique. Meat was not as tasty as I would have guess. It’s good but, would I order it next time?.. no. I’d rather have one of the other Arbys sandwiches which are great! Curly fries were good; cherry turnovers were good (once warmed up at home). My wife said her chicken nuggets appear to have been setting a while (tough). Plenty of condiments… just as I asked for. If I had to eat one place for the rest of the year; it would most likely be Arbys. 5-star service. 4.8 star food."
