"Holy moly, how do they do it?! We have been trying every birria place in the greater Pensacola area and this is the best we have found. We had the quesabirria and the birria flautas with ramen. Incredible! The horchata was a great complement with lots of cinnamon. I wish I could eat here every day. Great little covered seating area and good tunes as well. Wonderful service, this place deserves a Michelin star!"

"Hands down the best authentic Mexican food in North West Florida. I've been to over a dozen Mexican food trucks here in North West Florida and nothing compares to Olgys. I'm from Texas and used to having plenty of options for good Mexican food and it was a rude awakening moving here and finding out there are few and far between. I drive 45 minutes from home just to eat here... ITS THAT GOOD! Only recommendation is to double wrap the tacos so they don't fall apart. Get the Pastor you wont regret it. El Lote is amazing also. Prices are pretty fair and the staff is friendly. Will continue coming here as long as I live in the area."

"Stopped for the birria so was a little disappointed when they said "no birria today". Nevertheless we stayed. Honestly, could've used more meat on the steak tacos but it seems a lot of places are cutting back on beef. The pastor, carnitas & chicken are very tasty (and plenty of meat). The service was quick with a great variety on their menu for very reasonable prices. Glad we decided to stay and for sure would recommend!!!"
