McDonald's 5897 West 9 Mile Road, Pensacola, FL 32526

"Ok so this is the closest McDonalds to my house so I've been here a few times. Never had a visit without something wrong with the order or service but nothing terrible. This last time though c'mon man! Do you notice anything wrong here? Who would prepare this and serve it? Well I'll tell you. The employees at this restaurant. I know, I know, it's fast food but you really have to not care about your job and have zero work ethic to give this to a customer. I used the drive thru and didn't see this until I got home. It was after the Ice flyers game so it was kinda late so I didn't take it back. Terrible restaurant."

"Ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget meal with a hic got a 20 piece chicken nugget with a coke. No fries not the right drink when I tried to tell them that my order was messed up it was like pulling teeth to get them to correct it. Come on guys I ordered one meal & it still was to hard for you all to get it correct."

"I live less than 2 miles away. Since this establishment has been open I have never had a correct order. I am always missing items, food is cool, coffee is cool, extremely long wait times. There is no consistency. Today is my last time visiting this location . I’d rather drive to the McDonald’s on pine forest rd where the service is consistent."

"The chicken sandwich was just thrown together and the mayo was a glob in the middle. This is the second time I've gotten my food from them this way. We asked for a knife and catsup and the girl thought I said never mind for some reason.so it took my nephew going up there to get it for me . Other then that the inside was really nice. The outside could've been picked up a little. But other then that the food was hot and tasty."

"I’ve never once bought food here and had it be fresh or warm. They make u wait 30 min for food at drive through just to hand u a bag with cold food and no sauces. Today I got my usual 10 piece and fries but realized the fries were stale and cold, just adding to the usual experience I have."
