"I've gone to this place for more than five years off and on and aside from one bad experience with the food this place has been on point. Great staff, and overall a great place to eat by yourself or with friends. I would recommend this place to anyone who hasn't eaten here or for those who wanna try it for the first time."

"Just ordered the new chicken parmesan fries. It was cold. Perhaps it was hot off the grill and out of the fryer but once the cold cheese and sauce was added, the meal was barely warm . suggesting the sauce and cheese comes as a side to add yourself."

"Zaxby's Robertsdale, you choose to contract with DoorDash to deliver food to YOUR customers. That makes YOU responsible for the customer's experience. It is YOUR job to make sure all the food is in the bag. It is YOUR job to make sure the food is hot and fresh. It is YOUR job to make sure that driver doesn't have to wait 25 minutes in store to pick up the order. It is YOUR job to make it right for the customer when things go wrong. Stop passing the buck, take ownership for your failures and make it right. Stop telling people who place orders for delivery that they have to come to the restaurant to get a refund or to pick up missing items. Use your common sense. If someone pays service fees and tips on orders for the delivery there is likely a reason why they couldn't come to the restaurant in the first place. Hire managers that know how to do more than unlock the door. Do better - customer service!"

"Went to eat yesterday at zaxbys, and the food was excellent. Service there was really good. Beautiful place, and the chicken fingers were awesome. We enjoyed all of the pictures and art hanging on the walls. Very clean restaurant"
