"I watched a guy driving a Yohe Plumbing truck take the time to get out of their truck to laugh and take pictures of a wrecked car on the interstate on 2/12/24. He didn't go check on them or anything. Just got back in his truck and drove off. He was driving the one tagged AC14 on the back, license plate something like GFF3139 and I wouldn't trust any company that would hire a douchebag like that."

"I wanted to give a huge shout-out for excellent service from Yohe Plumbing! We needed an emergency repair for our tankless water heater. They came that day, the doorbell rang to the appointment time on the dot, it was repaired quickly and they came back the next week with a part for further safety and better operation. We were also pleasantly surprised with our bill. THANK YOU YOHE!"

"Unprofessional, the way they treated us. We've been renovating our home and called Yohe to have a PVC drain pipe replaced and the remnants of cast iron pipe removed. They said the lady who answers calls was busy and would get back to us soon. Not a problem, except she never called us back. We ended up having to call them again the next day, when they were able to schedule an inspector to check out the job and give us a quote. Again, fine. As long as the job's moving forward. So we got the quote. $3,900 for two workers to spend one day on our pipes. That's insulting. The cost of materials is $500 *at most*, so we're supposed to believe we're paying these workers $200 an hour, or else they've had to buy all new equipment to cut some pipes. Clearly they didn't want to work with us and, rather than tell us as much, they've offered a ridiculous price so we're the ones to decline the deal. If they had told us a residential job is small fry for them, then fair enough. If they'd referred us to someone else who may be able to work with us, even better. But this kind of bridge burning isn't the way."

"I called this company a day before service. The representative told me she would send someone out the next morning between 8-10:30Am. Travis and his help showed up about 8:30Am. I showed him what needed to be done. They got right to the job. It seem like they took 20 minutes literally to get the job done. I called other places to get the work done and all the other places tried to over price me. One plumber didn't even show up when he was suppose to, and the other plumbers couldn't get out to me. Travis and his helper did a great job! I definitely will recommend them to anyone and use them again if I need some work done. The wait for a good plumber was well worth it!"
