"Had computer repaired once and prior to repair I was informed of price. Took computer back and wasn't informed of price and repair was not even completed and was charged $100 for a diagnostic fee. Wish I would have been informed up front of fee for diagnostic because there are several companies that complete free diagnostic. And computer is still not fixed."
