"I will update this review if something changes but as of now, I’m not impressed. We were told that someone would be on-site to check our HVAC first thing in the morning, around 9am. It is now past 11 and not only has no one showed, we also haven’t been able to get a response via text or phone. We called this company because of all of the great reviews pertaining to punctuality and responsiveness but sadly, that has not been our experience. A 16 month old in an 85 degree house is not fun for anyone."
