"I am surprised they are still open. This store is run by paranoid people. The assistant did not let me browse through the store by asking me what i needed. Since it was a hair coloring brush and she had them by the register i did not need to go in. I confirm the rest of the reviews. It has been like this for years. The culture is that the "customer" steals and should not be allowed in the store without supervision. This franchise should be revoked. Needless to say i did not buy the brush. But my intentions were to look around and buy stuff. I mean SHOPPING, but they do not like to sell."

"The people here are mad rude . I did a phone call to fix my order and the lady sounded like an older black lady was very rude! I can be rude back but I was very relaxed and nice on the phone trying to fix my order while she saying “oh my god” “ I said” things of that nature like she didn’t want to work there. A customer is calling politely for help and you come in the phone mad spicy? Like you don’t need to work there PERIOD——"

"Went to this Sally Beauty today to pick up a box of dye and possibly some skin care stuff. I'm pregnant (and have rosacea) so I took a few moments to read the ingredients on skin care items, only to come to the conclusion that none of them were likely safe for me right now. When I went to the register with my box of hair dye to pay, the cashier looked me up and down with such disgust and also seemed to be trying to look into my very small purse as if to imply I was stealing, she continued to look at me with disgust during the whole transaction. I normally don't feel compelled to bother with leaving reviews but that was unacceptable. Will definitely just be going out of my way to go to a different store in the future where employees don't give you the stink eye and might even be bothered to help you find things."

"I shop here often ONLY because it’s near my home. The cashier is beyond rude every single time. She is a older black women. Always staring hard & never is polite or inviting. My last encounter with her was so bad I will travel to another location."

"Online says they close at 7, door doesn't have a time at all for sunday's... Walked up at 6:05pm and the door was locked they we're counting cash and the lady just shrugged her shoulders at us."
