"I know many places are short staffed... but this place was empty today. I brought my friend because she needed contour kits, setting powder, and a few other items. I insisted on going to Sephora because this is where I always shop. The lady at the front desk was not eager to help. She recommended a brand that Sephora does not carry. She also didn't know the difference in the setting powders by Laura Mercier, which were essentially only the three different shades. She seemed completely uninterested in selling anything. Ended up going down the street to Ulta and buying all the products. Ulta's associates were eager to help. Someone else said it in the comments here. This is definitely the worst customer service I received. It is very unusual for Sephora, which is where I buy all my cosmetics."

"I had an amazing experience at this location. My sister and I came to do retail therapy and we were met with AMAZING customer service from Kat! She helped us with makeup and was so knowledgeable. She helped up with skin care and everything she suggested we bought! She is a gem! I asked her if Rare Beauty Joy was in stock. I was initially told it was out of stock then she saw a restock and immediately let us know we were in luck. That’s the type of customer service I want every time at Sephora!"

"This new location getting 1* how clean it is, it’s new, was open today September 3rd, 2021. WORST customer service I have ever had at Sephora. The workers are clueless about products they have on shelfs. While I was still in the store I heard several conversations between employers about their personal life, I wish they would have more respect to customers around them. I just know if they will continue treating customers badly, that catch up with them. Sephora /Kohl’s Snellville, GA is not the place I will ever shop. I am a " Rouge" member , meaning I spend a lot."
