"This location (Sugarloaf) is a little farther away from me but I choose this one because they had an appointment available immediately. I got lucky and David was available. He is a specialist who targets specific areas that you identify that need attention. I rarely get a massage to relax. I am looking to loosen tight muscles. He was able to adjust pressure as I needed it. I like deep firm pressure most places but need a little touch as well. Not many therapist that I have had can transition quickly between deep and medium. I have had a lot of massages. Most therapist have a routine, and no matter what you tell them you need work on the do what they want to do. Not David. I had 4 areas of concern and he only worked on those areas. I felt great afterwards. He listened to me. What novel approach to customer service."
