I appreciate how hard Derek is working with me and the deals I received on all of my chairs. I am beyond satisfied with the customer service."

"I was absolutely scammed. I own a small nail business and a year ago paid for pedicure tub liners. 3 boxes. Only recieved one box , no refund as Derek says they don't give refunds. !! Are you kidding ? This place is so terrible please do not buy anything from this company. I want my money back and no one has reached out to me. So I now will go through the Attorney Generals office or Better Business Bureau ."

"Do not buy anything from these hustlers. The worst customer services I've ever experienced. I was flipped flop in between 2 reps (Viet, tam) after agreed on pricing and deposited for 16 pedicure chairs. 2 weeks out, I had to call multiple times due to their lacking of communication. I was then dealing with the so-called manager/owner (Derek) with 2 excuses: the deposit was not delivered (when deposit mailed based on invoice and text), and the price of the chairs are different now. He demanded a verbal cancellation with a reason that "that's the price of manufacturer, I make no money on your order" Anyway, I lost 3 weeks dealing with the thugs! Buyer, beware! They deserve no business at all."
