"10 stars for the friendly, warm staff. I loved taking my car here, such a warm feeling to sit in their lobby couch area with complimentary coffee & snacks, everyone is so, so nice. Unfortunately, I was not totally pleased with mechanical work done for issues that were not minor. I had to bring vehicle for same issue that was supposed to have been fixed already or find new issues that should have been mentioned previously. So because of the friendliness and warm atmosphere I give 3 stars."
