"My experience was not great. I got a half-leg sugaring and unfortunately had to go home and take care of several patches of hair myself. While I pointed out the missed hairs to my technician, they said they’re trapped under my skin and that I need to exfoliate. I’m willing to admit that was true for some hairs, but there were many poking out in plain sight that definitely could have come out. I’ve been sugaring since a young age and know what’s possible, I just like to treat myself once in awhile when life gets crazy. Felt a little weird about paying almost $100 for an incomplete job and getting a bit of resistance when I tried to point it out..I’ve had far better and more thorough sugaring experiences elsewhere. My technician wasn’t very warm, and I can’t imagine getting a more sensitive service like a Brazilian from them. It’s also worth mentioning the awkward moment when the lady at the desk who rang me up practically gasped at how much the salon charges for this service."
