I wanted to deal directly with company and found no way to do that on their web site. I am giving two stars because they are a small company. Otherwise, I would have given one."

"I’m new to Atlanta and always excited to see the hidden gems in the area ! Definitely was ignored and experienced some “city” attitude lmao but idc because I don’t need retail reassurance and I prefer to shop in peace ! just bought a fragrance this week so I didn’t grab that cactus flower but for sure will Be back next week because it so fresh and feminine! Super cute store with super cute items and awesome scents !"

"I give this shop 4 stars because, as a lover of fragrances, candles, lotions, etc, I feel like a kid at a candy shop. They carry brands that can’t be found elsewhere in Atlanta, and the store is just very zenful and well -curated. I subtract one star because a recent visit put me off a bit. When I walked in, the associate was occupied assisting another customer. I began sampling some fragrances, and while doing so, I could tell that the other customer being assisted was shopping to spend quite a bit of money, so I felt that the associate was giving her “special” treatment. After about 20 minutes, as I was heading towards the exit, I finally got a “have a good one.” As someone who has worked in retail, I would never completely ignore a customer even if I was assisting someone. It takes no effort to pause for a 5 seconds to say, “hi, let me know if you have any questions.”"

"I love these products and have had great customer service! The bamboo and fresh mint clearing mist is a must have. I have tried at least 10 different products and love the scent and effectiveness of them all! I have reached out to them twice with questions and have had quick thoughtful responses each time. I also have sensitive skin and have never had an issue with any LBA products. Highly recommend and join their email list if you're concerned with prices as they often have sales!"

I had something break while being shipped to me, these guys got back to my email promptly, sent a replacement right away, an apology note AND an extra product on them!
