"Was so excited to have my first massage in over a year after having my first baby 5 months ago. I booked the intro 90 minute session online. My therapist, Major, was kind but he talked the ENTIRE time. I was hoping to have time to actually close my eyes and relax since that’s a rarity nowadays, but I couldn’t do that at all. The lights were on, he talked nonstop, quizzed me and expected me to answer his questions, and to top it all off he only massaged me for 60 minutes! When I got up from my massage he hadn’t lowered the bed so I had to jump down and when I checked the time and realized it was only 60 minutes I was disappointed! I told the lady at the front desk and she apologized and made sure I paid for a 60 min session instead. Major came out and said he cut it short because he didn’t want me to be sore? He didn’t mention anything during my massage. He could have massaged other areas instead if that was true. Think that was an easy excuse for him to use when actually he just realized he messed up. Unfortunately my first self care day as a mom was cut short and was not a relaxing experience! Would not recommend. Next time I’ll go to an actual spa. Next day update: my back hurts so much worse than when I went. Not sore, PAIN!! I wanted relief, not to be in more pain! So ridiculously frustrating. Lowering my review to one star from two for this reason. I really couldn’t afford to have an even worse back while taking care of a baby 24/7"
