"you would think a buckhead med spa would have higher expectations with their staff. They are always dressed bummy no consistency in attire and service is terrible here . They just look at you crazy when you walk in and you have to greet them. Whats up with that. Very bad impression on their end. I’ve had better service at McDonalds. My laser technician rushed my whole session no wonder I’m not seeing great results. They just lie and upsell you on their specials that they have EVERY MONTH the same specials acting like it will be gone. Their prices are low for a reason Will not be returning"

I’m a long time customer there and at some point they should have exceptions. I will not be going back or referring anyone else there. My remaining ones I’ll charge them to the game. I will not recommend this place because they understand life happens"
