"This store has the nastiest, rudest staff members I’ve ever experienced. They had signage that said “bogo 50%” and we did not understand which items were included, we picked out 8 things and they did not honor the sale on anything. They were counting down minutes on how long until we had to get out of the store so they could close and go home. I asked the “manager” to check a sale item for me and she rolled her eyes and deep sighed like I was bothering her. Missed out on at least $100 sale right at close."

"I was going to the store to get brand new clippers and the girl who was working in the store at the time name Carline helped me and convinced me to get a combo set. Not only that she helped me pick up some good beard products . This girl knows her products and she inform me of the deals that were going on in the store. To any one who goes to this store look for her because she is very nice and knows her product very well"

"You really should stock up on items that are heavily sold, especially during this virus when no salons are open and people are forced to color their hair at home. Usually I’m pleased but curbside pickup is impossible with this company. You should atleast let you order for each individual store using the app instead of calling and asking if they have what you need in stock. Long process when you could cut out the middle man, just saying. Looks like a nice, new location- Although I have yet to be inside."
