"I just purchased a wig and it was poorly made. There is weft sticking out from the base of the wig cap in two places. And since there re no exchanges or returns I am stuck with it. I couldn't try it on because it had a security tag on the package. Then I would have known not to spend my hard earned money on something not well made. I need to go to other beauty supply stores, or find something on Amazon, at least you can return it if is is not made well. Smh!"

"The young lady Iesha is the name she stated she has a turban over her head. Scan a item that stated on the scanner s 2.49 she then edited and put 2.99 I go oh wow the scanner stated 2.49 why the price change she completely ignored my question I then states excuse me do you hear me she then go “yeah, I just work here” I go oh wow no empathy or acknowledgment of my concern. Rather you just work here or not or feel as though it’s just .50 cent to me that was a price jump for me. Even just empathizing and using customer service skills showing that even though “ you just work here” is no excuse to treat a customer with no customer service skills or just brushing my concern is unacceptable so know you just lost that 2.99 sale from your boss because you choose to just ring me up and ignore me because you just work here. Now Your manager lost 2.99 may not seem much to you but you had a duty to provide excellent customer service with every transaction. That 2.99 adds up and I’m sure that I’m not the only one who may have came across you dismissive attitude. A coaching needs to be had with this young lady on the importance of provide customer service even tho your not a manger and just work here. There too many beauty supply store in the area for me to come to this one to deal with that type of customer service . SAVE YA TIME and go to a different beauty supply store who provide the same item but with better customer service."

"I went to this hair store plenty of times but now and the prices went up and new employers but that’s not the problem , the problem is i bought 3 packs of hair and was charged for 4 packs of hair and I didn’t realize until I got home and checked my receipt. Honestly they can have them lil dollars but best believe they not getting no more of my money"
