Make sure if you’re calling to book it on the phone or if you live in another state and you’re trying to get somebody a Christmas gift make sure you ask them to disclose their fine print disclosure procedures. Because if you don’t and something happens to your mom like she gets sick or something and can’t make it you’re still going to be charged and if you have to reschedule, make sure you ask if you’re gonna be charged for that because you will be. Maybe a little more clarification for next time would be helpful and instead of charging me for two massages that my mother did not get to receive. At ease is more like on edge."
