"I normally drive to Atlanta for a day at the Spa even though I'm in Warner Robins. But that gets old and tiring. Booked an appointment at Spa 22 based on reviews was not disappointed. The place is very clean, welcoming, and positive vibes. My service was a body treatment (Terra) with Sarah. She is so sweet and attentive, made sure to get the knots out my neck and shoulder blades. Sarah didn't want the tension to hinder me from having the best experience with the body clay treatment. Next was my hour long Essence body massage (deep tissue) with David. Let's just say when I left from his table felt no pain, my body was totally relaxed. During both services I was darn near sleep. Now the place itself is decorated beautifully. The lighting just right to create a calm atmosphere. Nice lounge area and relaxing music played throughout the rooms. The robe warmers are also a plus. Customer service was excellent. This is now my go to Spa. Soon as I left was recommending this place to friends. I usually don't leave reviews."
"This was such a beautiful experience from start to finish. The place is beautiful and the whole staff is so kind. Emily was so sweet and walked me through the whole process and made me feel so comfortable. This was my first facial ever so that was super important to me. She was so helpful with recommendations in my everyday skin care. I only got a 30 minute facial but it was so relaxing I felt like I got a full body massage when I left. I will not be able to recommend this place enough!"
"I try not to leave negative reviews but sometimes you have to warn the public. 6 days expired is still expired. I completely understand. I wouldn’t eat food 6 days after it’s expiration date. But this isn’t food we’re talking about, this is a service. I’m just here to tell the world to use your gift certificate before it expires because Spa Twenty Two will gladly tell you “there is nothing we can do”. Even though it’s only 6 days expired. Heck, I’d been happy to accept a prorated rate for the 6 day expired gift card but I’m just going to shake this $100 off and consider it a donation. I hope this review cost you more than I lost."
