"I had botox injections by Simone Coderellis on 11/7/2020. Per her instruction sheet, it should take 3-7 days to see full results. After 5 days, I reached out to Simone to express my frustration as I could see no difference in my forehead. Having had botox injection 3 times previously at a different clinic, I knew I should’ve seen some results by then. At this time, I also asked if she would provide the detail of my service (# of units injected and injection sites) so I could compare it to by previous services. Simone explained she was out of town, but would get the details of my service to me as soon as she could. She also encouraged me to be patient and give it a couple more days. After 6 more days (11 total), I reached out again to question if it could be possible that my injections came from a bad vial as I still saw no results. I sent her pictures and her response was “sometimes we forget how strong we were prior to injecting”. I will share my before and after pictures below for you to be the judge. We then had a conversation over the phone which ended with even more frustration as Simone made a comment, without any mention of other client from me, that “no other client of hers had complained about their lack of results”. I know this to not be truth as my friend that went with me for services on 11/7 had been texting her that same day complaining of no results either. When I stated that to Simone, she took a long pause and finally responded with “I cannot discuss other clients with you as that is a HIPPA violation”. This infuriated me as I was not the one that brought up other clients; she was. After realizing we were never going to agree and that I could not trust her moving forward, I had no choice but to ask for a refund for my service to include my tip. Simone gave me a partial refund and immediately stopped contact with me. She refuses to respond to me via phone or email. Furthermore, she never provided me with the details of my service that I requested multiple times. Isn’t this something that should have been provided to me at the time of service? Nothing about this experience was professional and I would like a FULL refund for my service."
