"Beware. In October I visited and received $636 worth of Botox from this office. I absolutely loved who cared for me and seemed happy with results. Following my appointment they called and claimed my card was being "denied". I had a CareCredit account that lays dormant and figured it would be a great chance to utilize some credit usage. In December now I finally have my card charged correctly after a mess, circus and fiasco. In this process their accounting department called to tell me "The card must have an issue because I just didn't pay my bill". Mind you a card with a ZERO balance and $8000 in credit available. Unprofessional. Degrading. Disrespectful. Unacceptable. I will post this everywhere possible and encourage others to take their business elsewhere. I too own a large chunk of business in Gainesville and word of mouth is a horrible thing when client's are treated badly."
