"I lost trust in this service center. I did my cx9 2nd service on 22nd November but within a month it started showing low engine oil level, I didn’t even drive 500miles after the service. And while on a road trip to Texas from GA got this problem. Went to another service center in Austin and they mentioned that the oil change was not done properly during my service and they topped up, but they too made a blunder.. look at my other review for Roger Beasley service center. This all started with a small mistake by Rick case. I advice not to go to Rick case! I doubt whether they really did service or just wiped the outside dirt and gave the car! Unsafe to service our car here, better to avoid buying too!"

"DO NOT GET SERVICED HERE. They will try everything in their power to charge extra services also steal your house keys off your car keychain. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and when I got there they sat me in the waiting room. I was there for over two hours for a simple oil change. When it was done, they told me my car needed $2500 worth of fixes done. I refused to get additional services so they gave me the car keys which was missing my house key. I asked them about it and they took another 30minutes with my car saying they couldn’t find it. I came back the next day asking if there were any updates. The manager (Charlie) comes out and lies to me saying they will refund me for the experience. The refund never happened. What’s worse, I’ve called them three times more and Lee (who answers the phone) says she will talk to Charlie and will call back just to never answer my phone again. They are big scammers!"

"I bought my car into this location to be serviced because my check engine light was on as well as a brake light. They called me and stated that I needed a new battery and would be $299. After paying and picking my car up, the EXACT next day, the same lights came right back on. Being charged $180 (they claim is for your car being there for an hour or more) twice for the same service I initially bought my car is, is definitely a scam. $215 for brake switch is a scam. If the service people would have taken a full look at my car, as stated, they would have known the first time what all was wrong with my vehicle. Will take the extra drive next time to Jim Ellis Mazda."

"They may have availability but they will scam you. DO NOT bring your car here for service. I asked for the rear break pads to be replaced. Just had the car inspected at the Roswell Mazda earlier that morning and rotors were perfect. I have the video. Only the pads needed to be replaced but Roswell didn’t have appointments. I went to the Duluth Mazda and specifically stated that I only wanted back break pads. They sent me an estimate for pads and resurfacing of rotors which was $110 more. When I said I don’t want the rotors resurfaced, the rep advised it was too late. They already did the work and there was no way to separate the pads from the rotors in the system. I know that is NOT true. While they SHOULD be done together there is NOT a requirement for the pads and rotors to be done together. So she lied. And I won’t go back there again for service. I hope the extra $110 you made off of me was worth future business."
