"Came and got a alternator changed came with my own brand new part got it put in man said no problem should take us a hour and a half 3-4 days later my battery light came on and all my electrical appliances started acting weird leading to the breakdown of my car. I dont know about cars much so when i got it towed the AAA man said that i was missing my alternator belt and that either they never put it on or didnt tighten my tensioner so it fell off. but store owners were to busy trying to argue they wouldnt listen to me saying theres no belt on the alternator. Then mechanic swears some object flew into my engine and broke my belt which i talked to multiple mechanics and they said it’s unlikely. So now they wanted to charge me again to for the job they didnt finish. ALSO OWNER IS RUDE KEPT HANGING UP AND SAYING TAKE HIM TO COURT when i saw them in person they swore they dont accept changing other places parts yet not once declined or showed and hesitation to installing my alternator"

"Got my brakes done, when i asked which brakes are squealing, he said front brakes, come to find out after he changed them that they didn't need to be replaced. They were only squealing bc the brakes by the previous owner was cheap... I feel light taken advantage of and am angry... don't go here"

"The owner is the master mechanic here. Below him is another master mechanic and an apprentice mechanic. I believe the owners wife works there as well. The languages spoken here include; English, Korean, and Spanish. For basic service, such as an oil change the service is fast, cheaper than the competitor, and detailed (unlike other places leaving oil stained finger prints and just being rude). I have my oil service done here. There was once a time when I went to another oil service only to get pestered with needless fees and annoying sales pitches. I will never go anywhere else again. I had my car fixed here several times. They can fix anything and if they can't they will still find ways to help! This place will not rip you off. Like others have said, "It is very hard to find a honest mechanic these days." The culture here represents honesty. It is a very easy going environment. It is a great small business, trust me!"
