"I have to say, the people that work at this location are so rude! I went in the store for some help a couple weeks back, and it was so uncomfortable trying to get someone to just ANSWER some questions for me. Now, today I called just to see if they carried something and again the lady was RUDE. She basically hung up on me after “answering” my simple question. I can not understand for the life of me why ANY retail employee acts like it’s such a burden to help a CUSTOMER. Come on!"
