"Worst place to go for beauty products They are so RUDE and don’t treat people right. $4.99 for a thin lip liner And on top of that I couldn’t even test there product cus the guy was rude and checking us out like if we was gonna rob the place And it’s not the first time I come here I don’t understand how it’s still open for business The cashier lady was rude as well As I was testing the item that I was going to purchase She said don’t test them out unless you’re going to buy them And Mumbled under her breath It’s not like you are anyways. Like I didn’t know they payed you to have a attitude DEFINITELY NEED TO DO BETTER"

"Racist !!!!!!!! ….. save y’all funds BEAUTY MASTER is bigger with better prices and it’s around the corner. I went inside today to purchase some products to do my hair. I ask the guy at the front counter to unlock the lashes. I followed him to the lashes he told me to leave everything I had in my hands at the front. I didn’t have a problem with doing so but I found it weird because I didn’t have a lot of items and we were walking together the lashes are still in the front near the counter. So I asked him and he stated because some people like to steal. I immediately walk out not purchasing anything I never stolen from out of any store in my life. So if he feel that way they need to put that in their policy that you can’t walk around the store with your items!"

"Please be careful when patronizing this store. They are scammers, especially where it comes to the wig caps in trying on a wig. I understand the policy that you pay a $1 and you get to try on 3 wigs. However, I was given a white wig cap and not offered a brown or black one. I was willing to pay $1.29 for a 2 pack brown wig cap and was told no and I could only use the white one for $1. Finally after making loud noise while complaining these two guys gave me a black wig cap so I would shut up and leave. Yep that worked because all I wanted was a choice in product that I could use. Beauty Galaxy will do anything for $1 - what a shame! These 2 guys seem very immature even STUPID!"

"My first impression of this store is that it was very clean which I loved. Appearance is everything when shopping what I didn’t really like was the pricing hair stores are suppose to be affordable I bought a lulu pony for 16.99 , a edge brush for 1.99 and this keychain for 6.99 I spent 27$ in total and I kinda feel ripped off a little I totally get these are hard times but come on. My overall experience of shopping was good no one followed me through the store but I also did not shop long Enough to be followed I will come back for more ponytails but I’ll go somewhere else for my hair care needs . Update : my keychain broke the same day very cheap quality so not worth what I paid for it . Ponytail did last a little while it should I paid 20$ for it which is more than most ponytails cost this store is kinda too expensive to be a hair store if you go there just make sure you have money because even normally cheap stuff is high priced."
