"User error + business error. I bought a 1/2 wig from this business, along with a pack eyelashes. While checking out, I asked the lady behind the counter if I can exchange the wig. She said yes. I paid for my items and left. Later that night, I took the wig out and clipped the white pieces which held the wig in place. I never cut the tags! I didn't like the color upon closer inspection. The very next day I returned to the store and the same woman told me that because I cut the 2 white plastic pieces I cannot make the exchange. I reiterated the packaging was not damaged, all tags were in place for resale AND most important, you told me yesterday that I can exchange the wig! She said sorry. While going back and forth, I read the receipt - all wig sales are final. 1. This was my error. 2. This proprietor doesn't know its own business practices."

"Saw a wig in the store that was worth 30$ it looked good on display but i wanted to see it out the package to see if it had clips or anything to secure it and i wasnt allowed to so i bought it anyway went home took the wig out the package n tried it on 1. The wig was a complete MESS 2. It didnt have any clips a band nothinggg 3.
