"John and his wife are absolutely amazing! They were in a great business, and I absolutely love the fact that they remember their customers. There has never been a time that I’ve gone in there and felt unwelcome and this is something I don’t typically experience in beauty supply stores. And I see this is evident not, and just how they treat me, but how they treat everyone who walks through those doors! If there are any bad reviews in here, I’d be willing to bet that it started with that person and not the owners!!! I will continue to shop here until the day they close their doors."

"This was my first visit to this location. I went in with a written list of items my niece suggested for my lace front wig maintenance, not knowing what some of the products were and where they were located in the store. I found a couple, and after walking around the store, I then asked the man at the counter where something else was located. He was extremely pleasant and offered to get the item for me, so I asked about a couple of other items, which he also retrieved for me. He could have just pointed me in the direction, but he didn't, and that was a huge surprise. I will be visiting this store again for future needs."
