"Let me first say that all Nurses that do Post op are not created equal. From the very start she has been extremely communicative throughout my whole journey. I will say she is very knowledgeable in her field. I paid for a consultation originally because I wanted to get a feel for her ( she will be massaging me for the next few months) so I wanted to make sure her energy was good. Shes so sweet, down to earth and feels like I’m talking to one of my homegirls. The spa was super cute and CLEAN! As far as my massage she did her thang! She applied the right amount of pressure, relieved my swelling and helped maintain my shape. She is also a one stop shop- I needed some abdominal pads which she carried. I bought some whip body butter that I’m obsessed with and the turmeric body bar that has lightened up my scar. Overall I enjoyed my experience there and would def recommend."

"Terrible experience. Unresponsive, took months to get an appointment. First time I called her was in February and kept calling every now and then for three months until my coupon was about to expire. They replied back by message only sometimes and after a while. I gave up but my partner was able to get an appointment. His appointment got rescheduled last minute and on the following appointment the place was closed. He waited outside for 30 minutes (and it’s not a nice area). He tried calling and messaging and there was no answer until the day after. They don't want to issue a refund. Money lost."

"Nurse K is the best! She is very knowledgeable and professional. Before my scheduled surgery (Dec 21st) she contacted me and gave me words of encouragement and even after my procedure she checked in with me to see how I was feeling. I had my 1st lymphatic massage today (Dec 23rd) my body was so tender to touch but when she finished I felt so much better. I will definitely become a loyal customer."
