"Brought my mom to have henna applied to her eyebrows. She received a horrible service, eyebrows were very thick and uneven. I brought her back after 5 minutes to ask the woman to correct her eyebrows. She stated she has a problem with my attitude when the real problem is her service. She makes irrelevant offensive comment about my eyebrows when I didn’t receive any service by her. Rude, unprofessional, poor quality service! Reply to owner… was never aggressive as that is not my nature! I decided to walk away instead of responding to your insults about how your eyebrows looked better than mine, etc… Sorry if you didn’t appreciate me pointing out what about your service we didn’t like and asked to have corrected. My mother washed her eyebrows everyday to remove the henna that took you both over 2 hours to apply incorrectly for $50 I believe it was. After 3 days I took her to professional people who did excellent job in under 20 minutes for just $20. She was able to go to her party out of state looking and feeling beautiful and confident which is all that matters to me. Good that everything was recorded! I’m sure they laughed at your report as there was never any aggression on my part. I go to plaza fiesta all the time, have NEVER had a problem with anyone there!"
