"I received a Deluxe Facial and it was amazing! Q is a very talented esthetician. The room was ready for me when I arrived. I was given privacy & a wrap to change into. She explained what all is included in the Deluxe Facial and then began cleansing my skin. The entire process was relaxing. My skin was streamed, cleansed, heated, cooled, moisturized—literally everything great you can do for your skin. Extractions do hurt a bit but nothing that I couldn’t handle. They also left some redness that disappeared in a few hours, leaving my skin looking bright, even, and healthy. I will be a facial regular!!"

"Had a great first visit to iModel. The owner was welcoming and had a professional/calm demeanour. I was 6 mins late navigating the building, I suggest coming a bit early to settle in. I got a facial that was relaxing and rejuvenated—my skin that has been acting up postpartum. The prices are reasonable, location is clean and inviting, and I enjoyed the throwback R&B playlist that made it all the more enjoyable...and why I am happy to support Black owned businesses :)"

"I actually loved my experience. Parking was alittle difficult duct off in the back of the building down an alley BUT my services was phenomenal! I got the spa package with massage, facial and sauna. I skipped the sauna but the facial was amazing and had my skin glowing!! My service provider did her thing and the back massage was extremely relaxing I caught myself snoring and she made me feel very comfortable with great product recommendations! Next time I’m in the city I know where I’m coming back to!"
