"I was given a massage groupon for my birthday and I have to say that the massage was very good, but customer service was not at all. In every spa where I have been the front desk had been really nice and corteous, this young lady needs to learn more how to do a better job. She did not offer water neither did the therapist. Everywhere else water is the first thing they offer when they finish the massage. I liked a keychain they had exhibited with the jewlery and asked her how much it was, but she didn't know, so I told her to find out and remind me when I check out. At check out I paid her with my debit card and after signing the voucher, she said she forgot to CHARGE me for paying with a card!! I have never been charged for using my debit card! I was about to leave and asked her for the keychain and she just turn and pointed with her finger the shelve. I gave her a look and she got up and handed me the keychain. I was buying it for a present so I asked if she didn't have a bag for it. She turned and grabbed a huge paperbag and threw the thing in there. I really don't like to give bad reviews but they need to find someone else to do the front desk job."

"This place started out good when I set up my membership last November. Then their best masseuse left and now after I cancelled my membership they won’t let me use the one I paid for in October because I wasn’t able to go before end of month due to being out of town. I will not go back here. Very upset with recent customer service."

"My membership agreement started in March ‘23 at $84/mo but I was billed at $89/mo. I contacted them via email but they wouldn’t honor the agreement. Was told, “XXX is new to front desk so I will circle back to her and make sure this doesn't happen again.” I was a member for several months. Staff was friendly & my time was well spent, but their services were not what I had hoped so I cancelled my membership in July. Keep in mind if you have a membership & cancel, you have to use your last “credit” by a specific time (unlike while in membership the credit rolls forward). I rescheduled my last appointment because I was sick. They allowed me to schedule the following month & I specifically mentioned I had the credit because of my previous cancellation. However they called the day before the appointment to tell me I had to pay them AGAIN because my opportunity expired. Absolutely no mention of that when I rescheduled. What a joke. Never again."

"I got a facial and a massage here and from the moment you walk in, the aura is amazing! The customer service was on point! The people were so knowledgeable about the products and skin care. After my facial, I was given tips on skin care and recommended products that were tailored to my needs! The massage was amazing as well! You could tell he actually paid attention to pain points and when I vocalized specific areas I wanted to work on, he did just that! Everyone seemed to actually care about making sure i was comfortable and that feeling of being a priority is like no other! I love this spa and definitely recommend it! I’ll be back!"

"Love my time at Facelogic Spa time every month. I used to belong about 8 years ago and am so glad I rejoined! I look forward to my time with Cintia where she analyzes my skin and then recommends the best treatment. She is very calm and gentle through all of the steps of my facial. While I sit with a treatment or mask, she massages my shoulders and arms so the whole thing is such a relaxing experience. The best part is my skin is looking very healthy and glowing now which I’m very happy about. I think the only thing I would love Facelogic to do is to update their robes so they were a bit of a better quality."
