"The massage was great. However.... I signed up for another one a month out. Of course, our lives are busy and I forgot. I received absolutely NO texts, calls or emails reminding me of it. They called me 15 minutes after it started and said they will be charging me in full since I hadn't shown up. I called them back and they said theres nothing they can do. They said they sent me a text, which I didn't get. What I did "coincidently" get is a "type Y to opt into text messages from Massage Envy" 5 minutes after I got off the phone. So that proves they didn't have me opted in for texts. They charged me $125 and I have no way of getting money back. I asked for a credit to my account and they said they only do that for members. Infuriating. If you charge in FULL for a missed appointment, you absolutely must have some sort of reminder process to keep your customers engaged. Super unethical."
