"I was sitting outside at the breakfast bar next-door, awaiting for my table to be called. A gentleman came out of the beauty supply store and stated to me that I looked like I was hot and offered me to sit in a chair inside, while I waited for my number to be called. There were several people sitting outside, but he approached me as I am on oxygen. I told him that I was okay. This man had so much compassion in his heart that he would not take no for an answer so I took him on his offer and headed inside the place of business. He placed a chair for me to sit, but I told him I wanted to look around before I decided to sit down since I was just wasting time. Every worker that was in the store greeted me, and asked me if I needed assistance and they were all very helpful. It was important for me to post this review and let others now how pleasant the store was because nowadays in the times were living in people are not courteous and concern for the next person. So I just want to thank the owner or manager staff workers on a job well done! I will be returning."

"TERRIBLE PLACE OF BUSINESS! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE OR GIVE THEM A PENNY of your money. I was literally charged $40 for touching a wig and the “owner” who sees me come in the store all the time making purchases threatened to call the police on me after asking for an explanation of why I was being charged. Instead of assisting me with a purchase, his ghetto hired help, waited for me to ‘touch’ a wig, then decided to approach me rudely and say “you gotta pay for that” while patting her weave. Completely unprofessional but if she was trained by the ‘owner’ I can see why her soft skills need work. He did absolutely NOTHING to rectify the situation but instead added fuel to the fire. After a heated discussion and being threatened I left $40 cash on the counter and left. Customer service is at an ALL TIME LOW and this establishment is at the bottom of the barrel. I will never shop here again and suggest you don’t either!"
