"After my wife’s Toyota Corolla was sideswiped, I spent weeks trying multiple Toyota service centers just to get an estimate for the insurance. The wait time, for the estimate alone, at Toyota was going to be over a month. A friend recommended I go talk to Tim at TL Collision, and we are very happy we followed her advice! Tim is a true master of his craft. I brought the vehicle in to his shop, along with the initial estimate from insurance. Of course, the insurance estimate was using the cheapest parts available, rather than original manufacturer parts. Tim was not only able to get OEM parts at a great price, but did so much quicker than I ever expected. He communicated supplemental estimates with the insurance, made the repairs, and followed up with me throughout the process, all while I was out of state. When I returned home, the car was fully repaired, and WOW…good as new! The gaps between the replaced panels and parts were uniform and perfect as if the car had just rolled off an assembly line. The paint was matched and blended expertly. After driving the vehicle for a week, we can not hear any rattles that typically accompany any major repair of this nature. On top of the professional repair, TL Collision fully detailed the car inside and out. It literally looked brand new! TL Collision is an honest body shop, that took all of the stress out of the entire repair process. We are overjoyed with the outcome, and we are so happy to have discovered a professional auto body shop that, if ever needed again, we will not hesitate to call first should any repairs be needed in the future.
