"If I could give this place a zero I absolutely would! They are simply scammers. I was looking at a 2 piece necklace set that was priced at $9.99, just to be told at the register that it was actually $9.99 each After opening the package and letting my nephew wear one.Mind you, this necklace set was packaged together! They absolutely don’t value black costumer and definitely take their clientele for granted. They think we’re stupid and they’re above of us.I hate my nephew had to experience this. I Will definitely not be returning and I suggest you do the same. The black dollar is the reason they are open and if we stop shopping at this disrespectful establishment there is no way they can stay open. If you truly appreciate your customers and respect them, then please tell the truth. I was with my little nephew, so I was not yelling and cussing. The pricing was explained to me after I opened the package and placed one on my nephew to wear out. I was not going to make him unhappy or uncomfortable because of your poor marketing and communication with pricing. I felt disrespected and not valued because you laughed in my face and said if I didn’t like the price you could refund me. Rather than trying to place the blame on the customer, it would be more beneficial if you came up with a solution to prevent any misunderstanding/ communication in the future. Like having marketing that states, package necklaces sold separately at $9.99 each. It’s just that simply. Please do better if you truly do value your customers."
