"I purchased the groupon in november on black friday. I was not able to get in contact with her until december 16th. I purchased another service from her and schedule my appointment with her for january 6 and she ended up getting sick which is understandable. I been calling her for almost another two week straight and have not even received an respond. I should not have to contact someone this many times to receive my service that I paid for in advanced. she either need more help or she needs to take her service down to accommodate some people. I should of looked at recent ratings before purchasing. Will not recommend and will never ever purchase again the worst service i had in my life. Im better off going to Ideal image and spending my money with them."

"I recently purchased a Groupon to use at this establishment. As a first time customer I am quite disappointed in a few things with this company which are listed below. Until these issues are handled I would not purchase or visit this location if they are even OPEN SMH. 1. There is hardly anyone available to speak with when you call their phone number. 2. Their hours of operation window (11am -3pm) are ridiculous for people who work during the day and wish to schedule their appointments before or afterwards. 3. I've left voicemails for someone to return my calls and no one ever did."
