"I have visited here a few times this year already. Recently, I visited here about a week ago. The store closes at 8pm I arrived around 7:20pm. Although, I was not going to be long I was still mindful of the time out of consideration. The event that occurred was very distasteful. I don’t know if the woman there was an employee or the actual owner… However, She was on the phone having a conversation and mentioned that she was going to be a while before getting off because this customer is taking a long time. I was the only customer in the store so that customer was me who she was talking about. She was also huffing and puffing like I was inconveniencing her. Very rude, very unprofessional, and not very customer oriented to be comfortable behaving that way when a patron is in your presence. I didn’t feel very welcomed and I surely was pressed for hair products otherwise I would have took my business else where. Maybe she anticipated getting off sooner than closing time who knows. I just didn’t appreciate the energy I received because It most definitely wasn’t the same energy I received when I visited previously. When it comes to hair supply stores there is so much competition especially with pricing. This location was near by my home, however I don’t mind driving a little bit farther where not only my business is appreciated but the customer service is consistent and the business is professional. Hopefully, she takes this as constructive criticism for room to improve. Good day."
"I live very close to this beauty supply store and I’ve been in a time or two. No issues. I knew what I wanted so I was just in and out. Well today I was looking for the Razac Body Lotion. First I called and Alicia verified they had it in stock. Then when I went in the store she was all smiles, provided me with exceptional customer service and made sure she went above and beyond to ensure I was a satisfied customer. She definitely have my business from here on out."
