"The ladies here were super patient and super kind. Even when my friend and I were having difficulty taking advantage of the $5 spray time. One lady in particular- I didn’t catch her name but she told me she was a teacher took her time showed me each position to get into and exactly what to expect as it was my first time tanning. I would totally come back if I wasn’t so poor ! Lol"

"STC, or at least this specific location, is a company that engages in serial lying and cheating. They have been known to conceal the fact that there is an option to use an app or free barcode fob to check in, instead insisting that the front desk should check you in by last name and date of birth. They have even unplugged and hid the barcode scanners on a few occasions. This is a security risk, as it could allow someone to access your personal information. STC also has a history of denying service to customers who have registered on the website with a credit card and have a "no commitment" package. They claim that these accounts are "inactive," even though the website says otherwise. This is a clear violation of the terms of service, and it is likely done in an attempt to force customers to switch to a "commitment" package. In addition, STC has been known to push customers to switch to ACH payments, which is a very bad idea. They even lie about not accepting card payments. Finally, STC has been known to deny customers the use of account credits that they have purchased. This is a clear violation of the ToS. I urge you to avoid STC at all costs. There are much better and cheaper options in the area. PS: Don't get me started on (some) personnel conduct. Grabbing the customer's phone without permission, seriously?!…"

"I’m so frustrated with this place, mostly the employees. I pay EIGHTY DOLLARS a month to tan here, but it’s been a complete waste for the majority of it, because I haven’t been able to tan. I work late, and live 30 mins from the salon. I get that businesses close when they close. However, I go 30 mins out of way, and use my gas, just to get turned away even though I was in the salon by 9PM. I was told they were “already closed”, and werent allowed to tan anyone after 9, but I was in there by 9, not AFTER 9, and they were in the back, by the time they walked up front it was still 9 on the dot. . I guess they were just ready to go home, and didn’t care anything about helping to provide the service the businesses clients pay for, and they get their paycheck from, because they had shut everything down actually before 9. I assume this because as I’ve sat in my truck writing this review I watched them leave the store at 9:06. I’ve worked retail and it takes a lot longer than 6 mins to close a place down, and I would never turn away paying customers that made it within the posted business hours. I hate having to go last minute, but my bed only takes 12 whole minutes, and there isn’t any money transactions, so I’m not causing them to have to recount down their register."
