"Spa Blu is fantastic and one of the best places to get facials in Chattanooga! I've been getting massages and facials here for months and I had to take the time to write a review because the women at this spa are simply incredible. Everyone is so welcoming, warm and thoughtful. They treat their customers with the upmost appreciation and respect (they even gifted me with a special treat on my birthday!). Ellen has years of experience in this industry and is one of the best massage therapists I've ever encountered! Her expertise and knowledge are unmatched. I specifically love receiving services here because they are so well versed in treating melanated skin. Ellen is always able to tailor the services and chemicals used, to my specific needs and skin type. They understand how the pigment is affected, I found that some of the other spas do not have this level of expertise. They have great hours and are always accommodating and flexible!
