"You owe it to yourself to go buy your next trailer from Mr. Bishop. The customer service is absolutely top notch. He’s got to be one of the only trailer stores in the country that’s not out to just knock your block off. Their prices are extremely fair. It’s easy to say you’ve got a great dealer when you just go buy a trailer, and everything works out great. It’s not until you have a problem that you find out what your dealer is really made of. That’s what happened to me. I bought a brand new Diamond C equipment trailer. Supposed to be the best trailers out there, and probably are. Well mine was manufactured with a bad axle. Happens to the best of them I guess, no one has a 100% success rate manufacturing anything. I was disappointed my brand new trailer was in immediate need of repair, but the lengths Mr. Bishop went through to make it right we’re just extraordinary. He handled all of the back and forth with the manufacturer, and stayed on their butts to make this a timely repair. More important, he kept me updated through the entire process. Bishop trailers actually treated me the way they would want to be treated. A sale going perfectly is one thing. But when you have an issue is where you separate the hood guys from the bad, or even mediocre. I’m 2 hours away from Bishop trailers, but you can bet your bottom dollar I’ll be buying my next trailer from them, and most likely every one after that. Out of 5 stars, Bishop Trailers deserves 10."
