"The staff at Dr. Burstein's office are always very courteous and considerate. I recently had my top retainer replaced and unfortunately, it broke in less than two months. I went back into the office to see if a new replacement would be covered and was told I would have to pay the total out of pocket cost. Dr. Burstein promptly walked into my exam room, chuckled and said "Well at least we know you're using it. We'll replace it at no cost to you!" He went on to greet his other patients with the same friendly demeanor. He is wonderful!! I would absolutely recommend Dr. Burstein!"
