He was unprofessional and disclosed my personal information in front of a customer. Manager is aware. I was charged 86.40 for my tires to my mounted and dismounted just to refer me to someone who can actually do the work. No professionalism here go somewhere else"

"Great customer service. Kevin was polite and professional, even though he was understaffed. He had my truck in the garage with 5 mins of entering the building. Kevin also so provided drinks for me and my kids. Very nice and professional staff member. I didn't receive the same customer service at the Gray Hwy RNR Tire in Macon. The Macon store was so rude and unprofessional. I swore not to ever go back to any RNR Tire store. But Kevin and the staff at the Warner Robins store was a very enlighten experience. I am very happy with service and professionalism Kevin provided."
