"We took our 3 boys here tonight to get there ears pierced. Only one was supposed to do it but after he got done the others also wanted there's done bc of the experience my son had. "My daughter is terrified of needles and avoids pain at all cost. She has been wanting her ears pierced for so long, but hasn’t wanted to deal with the pain. She was finally willing to try, and Just Lobes was the perfect place to go!!! It took several hours and three times in and out of the chair before her ears were finally both pierced. "Amazing customer service!! Staff was super nice and comforting to an excited little girl to get her first ear piercing. He also help this high anxiety mama too. He explained the entire process to my daughter and made her experience wonderful. She was super proud of herself when everything was complete. "I took my almost 7 year old to get her ears pierced for her birthday. I love that they don't use the piercing gun. The piercer was so sweet and patient with my daughter. He let her make her own choices for jewelry and even let her okay the marks on her ears. She felt very in control throughout the whole process. It was an excellent experience for both of us."
