"Unfortunately didn't have a great visit. I dealt with Austin, who represents the company well,did well with discounts, making the sell, etc. Unfortunately I got home an hour later after purchasing 4 new tires only to come back outside a little later to see one of my brand new tires completely flat. I take the tire back only to be told I've bent my rim. While I have no physical proof my rim was damaged here, it has never failed me once until today. The bent rim happens to be exactly where the previous wheel weight was. There's no irony here. My rim was bent here and the company was unwilling to make it right. I came here due to it being a newly built building with what appeared to be high quality equipment and staff, I regret to have been wrong."
