"There aren’t any words to describe Dr Alicea and his staff, but I’ll try. Hoping there are enough characters here. Their customer service is exceptional. The Doctor’s staff members are courteous, very friendly and professional. They make you feel comfortable and almost “at home” during your visit. Dr Alicea is not only expert at what he does, you can tell that he loves what he does. The office at Odessa has state of the art technology and the Doctor, along with his staff, is always upbeat and smiling. He will listen to your concerns and answer any and all of your questions, which is rare these days. I usually don’t take the time to write reviews, but honestly I had to give the Doctor and his staff a “Five Star” review. They deserve it!!!"

"I didn't know what to expect ,as I have had terrible experiences in the past and had to gather courage to go. Both my son and I were pleasantly greeted and made to feel comfortable. I was attended to by a very considerate hygienist who made sure I knew what was happening as x-rays were taken. Dr Alicea was very knowledgeable which was important to me,as my last dentist was very general and literally told me he didn't have answers for my questions. I was encouraged by Dr Alicea's conservative approach to dentistry, as I was fearful that I would be overwhelmed. I made appointments to come back. This was made possible by the wonderful Jackie in financing, who I honestly just want to give a big hug to. She made future visits feel possible and was very sensitive to us as individuals...and not just a client. This is my review for my very first visit here. I will update when I return because that will be when the challenges in my health get faced and handled."
